I wonder if there are any more in this transportation set. I also wonder what the rate is compared to the postage. I've written back, but used three .37 stamps which is a bit more then the rate. My apologies to the purists.

The torch of freedom along with the flags of America. Also a "Victory". Issued in 1942 I'm curious about the V.

As is usual, I have an incomplete set of 5, I'm missing 219 and 222 of 209-223
