Water damaged, I know. Still nice in my book. I'm guessing the damage was in delivery. There is nothing worse then the postman delivering a letter in the pouring rain. Oh well, It was in the cheap box I found it and the stamps are still nice. The complete set of 3 makes it better.JimmyB
