New office building?

A new one in the FDC circuit for me. I don't have any Phd's in stamp collecting.

This appears to be an FDC as in"First day the post office opens".

I'm not certain though. Comments are very welcome here.

One could spend a lifetime just looking for these gems.

One of these days I will narrow my search.

I still need covers mailed to me from everywhere. Even repeat countries are cool for the new sets of stamps. I promise to respond in kind.

I really like the stamps from Portugal the other day.

I really don't want to beat my own drum, so if you think of anyone you know is a good exchanger of covers, please fwd a link to this site. I hate going into different trade groups and mentioning my blog site. I really don't want to do it.
