Superb?

Bad mark granted, but still nice stumbling on it. #102 and 166 respectively.

166 is even a better find, without a stain and arguably superb centering.

writing

I'm not sure exactly what this is, other then Germany. I'm confused by the writing.

Was the writing done by a collector? Probably is my guess, but anyone else have any other idea?
