Cactus State

It certainly has been awhile hasn't it? I've gotten a few mixtures on approval the last couple weeks but haven't found the time to dig into them.
Arizona also sold these in 1 ounce denominations. Arizona sold these even though cannabis is illegal in the state. The one ounce stamps are blue and a revision to the design which shows a cactus was later issued.

It is strange, thanks for the chocolate Rosie, it was rather mushy, but that goes well with the cream centers.

The state passed the revenue bill and a few dealers took advantage of the law. They bought a $100 dollar dealer license and the tax stamps for what they sold. When a dealer got arrested who had used the stamps, his attorney got him off on the grounds that the state tells him he can do it and also that he can't.
The stamps(taxes) were stopped for a year, and that was several years back. I can't find any other info then that.

I see Texas wants to legalize poker games for gambling. read TAX!! The excuse is, that games will be held in safe environments if the state steps in. As of now playing poker for cash is illegal, but everyone does it anyways.

Now that's strange too.
